Regional Headquarters. Singapore is the regional headquarters for Chevron’s downstream operations in Asia-Pacific including manufacturing, marketing, and lubricants businesses.
Caltex Brand Management. The Caltex brand, which serves customers in Asia and the Middle East, is managed from Singapore.
Refining. Chevron has a 50 percent interest in the Singapore Refining Company (SRC).
The SRC refinery processes up to 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day, producing liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, fuel oil and asphalt. Recent upgrades have enabled the refinery to produce higher-value gasoline that meets stricter emission standards.
Lubricant Additives. Chevron Oronite’s regional headquarters for Asia Pacific and home to one of the largest fuel and lubricant additives manufacturing facilities in Asia is in Singapore.
Shipping and Storage. Chevron has a key presence in Singapore’s vital shipping industry with a blending plant and a terminal with over 400,000 cubic meters of storage capacity.
Trading. Chevron’s Supply & Trading organization provides commercial support to our crude oil and natural gas production operations and to our refining and marketing network and has a regional trading hub in Singapore that partners with our headquarters in Houston, Texas and other trading hubs in London, UK and San Ramon, California.
Chevron New Energies (CNE). Is the arm of Chevron focused on developing lower carbon solutions in the Asia Pacific region. CNE established its headquarters in Singapore 2021 and aims to help customers meet their lower carbon goals which includes carbon capture utilization and storage, hydrogen, and renewable fuels.
